Attention Patients: Your Health is Paramount to Us.
To support your health and the health of our community, our office will follow the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and temporarily close until March 30, 2020.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are not a vector for COVID-19, and none of our providers or staff are experiencing any symptoms. Our closure is our decision to do our part in the attempt to slow the spread of the virus in our community and protect the health of our most vulnerable people.
During this time we are rescheduling our current patients to resume care in April. We will do our best to contact you if our plans are forced to change.
We would love to support you via email at for scheduling questions.
